Exercise Excuses Busted

We all know that physical exercise is a key ingredient for a healthy body. But many people fall into making excuses and don’t make it part of their lives. Here are some ideas to get you active.

    1. Make physical activity part of your daily schedule. Wake up half an hour earlier, take a walk over your lunch hour, pack a gym bag and go directly to the gym after work.
    2. Incorporate your family into activities. Plan a weekend hike. Put together a flag football game. Take a family bike ride.
    3. Train for a charity event. Find a 5k run or walk to look forward to.
