Wyoming Medical Center has partnered with RelayHealth to provide you with a free online Personal Health Record (PHR) that we call Wyoming Relay Health. The secure Wyoming Relay Health portal will connect you electronically with your physician and allow you to manage your personal health record.

(Initially, all services may not all be available with every doctor.)
