Wyoming Medical Center has partnered with RelayHealth to provide you with a free online Personal Health Record (PHR) that we call Wyoming Health Connect. The secure Wyoming Health Connect portal will connect you electronically with your physician and allow you to manage your personal health record.

(Initially, all services may not all be available with every doctor.)

With Wyoming Health Connect, you can save yourself both time and money. No more waiting on hold for an appointment or prescription refill. No more time spent tracking down your lab results. In some cases, you can even avoid an office visit.
